Wallmark Travels & Tours Ltd is a new travel company that is passionate about providing its clients with unforgettable travel experiences. We are capable of arranging a holiday package for you which consists of Flights, Hotels, Tours, Transfers while getting you the best rates in the Market.

Can I book any Destination in the world through Wallmark Holidays?

At Wallmark Holidays we are committed to offer you the best choices at any destination you are looking for. Our team is trained and equipped with the best systems and guidance to cater to our customers needs.

How do I organise a group booking?

You can simply contact us through our channels which are Facebook, Instagram, Calls or through Whatzapp. Our agents are capable of handling a reservation for a large group of passengers.

Does Wallmark Holidays have family trips?

We offer a wide range of Family adventures around the World. We thrive to make sure while the children are having a time of their lives, the parents are able to enjoy the same as well.

I’m travelling alone – is that OK?

We do not have any restrictions for Solo travelers. However, there will be a single supplement charge included depending on the destination your travel to.

Will I be receiving a booking confirmation?

Yes, you will receive the entire holiday package discussed with your agent on an email. You will be asked to go through all the details and provide your consent in order to go ahead with the reservation. The booking confirmation will be sent to once you provide the required information for the reservation

I can’t travel on the dates I originally booked, can I change the dates?

Travel insurance

You are able to change the travel dates if you are unable to travel on the initially agreed dates. However, there will be a Date change cost involved depending on the changes being made. It is important to be aware that most of the Budget airlines do not allow dates changes which in this case a new flight will need to be booked. Last minute date changes may cost you higher due to fare differences and non- refundable components

Why is the deposit for my trip non-refundable?

The reason we need a deposit is because our operations team start booking your services with our local suppliers straight away. Many of these services (e.g. on-tour activities like hiking permits) are non-refundable and can’t be transferred or used by another traveler. Even if services can be cancelled, they might incur a cancellation or admin fee which is covered by your deposit.

How do I obtain Essential Trip Information with full details of my trip?

Every booking confirmation has the Essential holiday Information that gives you in-depth information about all aspects of your trip. It is important that you go through the booking confirmation and ensure all aspects you requested for is listed on the booking confirmation. If you find any aspects missing on the booking confirmation, please inform your Agent immediately prior making payments.

Do I need to buy travel insurance?

Travel insurance is compulsory on all our trips if you’re travelling internationally. We require that at a minimum you are covered for medical expenses including emergency repatriation, but minimum coverage may differ from trip to trip, so make sure you check the Travel Insurance section in your Essential holiday Information. For who are traveling within the European Union, the requirement to purchase travel insurance may not be compulsory. However, the purchase of travel insurance is still highly recommended

How do I find out about the visa requirements for my holiday destination?

While your agent will inform you of the VISa requirements, we always recommend that you check with your local embassy as visa rules can change without warning. Embassy websites in your home country will always have information about requirements and visa costs and will provide the required forms.
